Maybe 31-31 is a popular size, that is why it is hard to find?
"Buffet for big people" maybe that is the problem.
Did you try Wal-Mart?
I'm a female with super long legs and I can never find clothes that fit right. I have to buy a waist size bigger in order to have the legs long enough. Thats why I wish they sold womens clothes like mens. :(
